The Weekend Experience: Your Hudson Valley Retreat

To ensure the pristine beauty of our gardens and orchard, weddings at the farm are hosted for an exclusive five-to-six-hour window on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This focus allows us to provide a high-energy, perfectly synchronized "main event."

However, your celebration can bloom into a full weekend retreat:

  • Host Your Inner Circle: While the farm is your exclusive ceremony and reception site, we recommend beautiful neighboring properties for rent.

  • Extended Festivities: Use these luxury rentals to host your Rehearsal Dinner and or the next day a relaxed Farewell Brunch- our caterer would be happy to assist in any way or just pick some bagels in town.

  • Connect with the Land: We invite your guests to return during our Spring flower-cutting or Autumn apple-picking seasons to take home a living piece of the farm they celebrated on.

Located only an hour and a half away from Manhattan (15 minutes to Metro North and Amtrak), Liberty View Farm offers a 20-acre sanctuary of meticulously curated gardens and historic apple orchards. Here, your ceremony is designed to be earthy and grounded—an intimate exchange of vows set against the breathtaking silhouettes of the Catskill Mountains and the Shawangunk Ridge in our one-of-a-kind Enchanted Orchard.

The Foundation:

  • The Ceremony: An ordained officiant providing a custom ceremony, including a handfasting ritual and a personalized ceremony book to keep.

The Aesthetic:

  • Bespoke Florals: Hand-tied bouquet and boutonniere for the couple, along with lush "flower-scapes" for your tables and a decorated ceremony arbor—all grown directly on our acreage. Flower designs throughout- on grazing table, bar, welcome table, in bathrooms and more.

  • Editorial Photography: 5 hours of professional coverage, delivering a gallery that feels like a high-fashion spread of your most intimate moments.

The Feast:

  • The Grazing Table: A curated, "Beyond Organic" display of farm-grown bounty for your cocktail hour.

  • Wood-Fired Dinner: Authentic Wood-Fired Pizzas made on-site, served with our signature organic mixed green salad.

  • The Grand Finale: A custom-designed wedding cake and artisanal dessert spread.
