I do not even know where to begin in expressing my gratitude for Billiam and his entire team. From start to finish we had a stress free and dream experience. Billiam stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process and provided us with his most trusted vendors.

Friday we had the most magical, fairytale welcome dinner. When I walked in and saw the lights spread over the trees and gorgeous flowers set up my eyes filled with tears at the creativity and thoughtfulness of Biliam and his team. It is hard to even describe how beautiful and romantic it was. Our guests cozied up by fire pits and ate under the stars. Everyone told us it was one of the most beautiful nights they had ever been apart of.

Ceremony- There are not enough words to describe how beautiful it was.

Billiam and Cathy always made sure we were well fed and truly took time to experience our wedding. We were a bride and groom who got to enjoy their wedding as much as our guest.

Anything we needed was handled with ease by Billiam and Magic Cathy. They truly make magic happen! Their support and care with our wedding made our entire experience so enjoyable. I know other brides often felt like they couldn't reach their venue, but I never experienced that feeling. Billiam was constantly available to us to answer our nervous questions, provide advice and over that time became a dear friend.

My husband and I will truly miss working with this team. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful, intimate wedding that your guests will never forget. "Best wedding ever!" was a near constant refrain.

Fulfilling the vision of a country chic wedding theme is unique and easy on Liberty View Farm. We have 3 sets of china, 1 set for rehearsal, another for wedding and yet another for brunch and of course all the silverware, glassware, linens, custom made locally sourced farm tables, wooden crossed back chairs for wedding reception, white padded chairs for ceremony, linen napkins, 4 set of lounge furniture, dozens of silver platters, lawn games, hundreds of votives, many accessories and props, bud-vases for all dinning tables and other displays and many floral containers- we even have the flowers and candles! We have a beautiful custom made tent with very high 9’6” sides, lighting throughout. We also have what the caterer needs: professional range with 6 burners and oven, a separate convection oven, 150 platters, serving utensils, bowls, catering tables and even a space for the caterers and much much more, . We also Include bathrooms for up to 400 guests. You save time and money, creating memories every step of the way. Many of the items we include are in the photos on this website. A sustainable way to have a most special day. Our beautiful country farm setting is the perfect place to entertain. A country chic wedding venue has many advantages in that the setting itself offers almost all the "decoration." Privately, you and your guests have access to the farmhouse, guesthouse, barns, orchard, edible landscapes and flower gardens throughout the property. Beautiful 360º views, an abundance of magnificent old growth trees provide shade and breathtaking backdrops to all the well established gardens. Our garden-scapes have been designed so that they are hidden by one another by hedgerows and arbors, there are many enchanted gardens not in view of the others yet all next to one another with-in a few steps. Wonderful photo-ops and views are plentiful on our farm. Every photographic team that has been on the farm always says this is the most beautiful venue they have ever seen. 20 gardens in 20 acres! All this and more make this the best wedding venue in the Hudson Valley.

So many words come to mind when I think of this year: joy, kindness, generosity, illumination. You were all of these things and more. Your joy during the planning made this year so much fun. Your kindness and generosity when it came to adapting the farm to my vision was incredible. You have a very rare gift in your kindness toward others and it was clearly infectious with my family in the planning of our wedding. Throughout this year you illuminated my vision. I had many ideas, but it was you and your team who put them into action and turned them into something truly beautiful.

The months leading up to the wedding were so much fun because of your encouragement and constant support. The weeks before the wedding were exciting and incredibly joyous because of the tips you gave me and my family. The days before the wedding, while busy, reminded me that the farm is something ever changing for the better and always beautiful because of the effort you put into it.

Hosting a wedding on our farm can be as simple or elaborate as one wishes. The farm, it's gardens and views have all been designed to make the most of every celebration. Around every corner is another beautiful view. Every function was taken into consideration when gardens were planned. The principal site plan was designed with many things in mind so having an event here on the farm flows as people walk and even where vehicles drive and parking is out of site but very close by. We actually call our staff and people we work with 'Producers' because we see our wedding couples as the Stars! Our attention to details is unsurpassed. Liberty View Farm Wedding Venue is a minimum four-day event where you connect with family and friends on a much deeper level. Friday rehearsal in the late afternoon and then rehearsal dinner right here on the farm. Saturday- the Wedding! Cocktail reception, lawn games, dinner, dancing in barn (barn weddings are the best!) then close the night with a bon fire. Sunday- brunch! And Mid August thru end of October you and your guests go apple picking right after brunch! If you get married earlier in the season you come back in the fall and invite your guests to go apple picking.

2023 marks our twenty fifth year where we have hosted many weddings, corporate events, fundraisers and photo shoots. Last year alone Ralph Lauren, Adidas, Lands End just to name a few featured Liberty View Farm in their catalogs and magazines. High-end cosmetic companies and fashion brands have taken beautiful photos on our farm for years. Liberty View Farm has been featured in magazines and books specifically for our weddings because of all the beautiful backdrops, outbuildings, gardens and of course views. We have had celebrities and even the editor of Bon appétit magazine was married here.

Martha Stewart included us in her 20th anniversary wedding book and we were featured in Airbnb's September magazine- one of five properties in five million chosen from around the world. We have received accolades because we are determined to do the best and have been recognized for doing so much.

Owner Billiam van Roestenberg was an architect and artist. He has owned and sold several companies in the design realm. Billiam has traveled the world growing up in NYC and in Europe, he emulates things from weddings he has seen and incorporates tried and true traditions from the old world with the latest and up to date trends. From the the time you say "yes" to"the time you say I do", Liberty View Farm makes the process of hosting your wedding an enjoyable stress free experience.

Included in Liberty View Farm weddings are far to much for us to mention here alone, but as an example, Billiam and Magic Cathy include weekly calls for a year leading up to each couples wedding weekend and like many other things on the farm there is no additional fee for this. Liberty View Farm includes quite a lot more than other venues. In fact when you sign the contract he invites you as his overnight guests, he cooks and or has dinner brought in and sits down with each couple for a few hours to go over their wants and needs.

Billiam works closely with his staff, some over 22 years. These close working professionals help make hosting such an important event like this run very smooth. They use their invaluable experience to fine tune every little detail. We pride ourselves on being very detail orientated, we also love saving you money and time. Other venues have tried to host weddings and events and in a few years have closed. Liberty View Farm has excelled in providing a wonderful experience for everyone involved. Billiam sits on the Ulster County Advisory Tourism Board for over 16 years and knows the best of the best of many vendors. Mr. van Roestenberg was also President of the Board of Directors of the largest food pantry in NYS, proudly serving over 1,500,000 meals per year, including 33 programs one of which is a community kitchen. Every year he and his farm donate a lot of food grown from the farm to various charities.

Libertyview Farm is AMAZING! The perfect place for a rustic farm wedding, our fall wedding was beyond perfect. The farm setting is great for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. The farm as a house you can use to spend the weekend in, and a great Yurt Cabin in the apple orchard that is a cozy and romantic space for newlyweds after the wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about Liberty View Farm. The location is absolutely stunning! If you are looking for a Pinterest perfect wedding in the Hudson Valley, this is the place to get married. Billiam and his staff were so helpful and responsive, eliminating any stress I might have felt going in. I had to change venues less than 2 weeks out from my wedding and Billiam swooped in like a knight in shining armor to save my big day. I cannot wait to visit the farm again and pick apples. Our dream come true!

I don’t often leave reviews BEFORE a service is completed but what we have experienced thus far is totally worth sharing with all of you—cloud 9 doesn’t even begin to explain it. Wedding planning, as most of us know, can quickly become overwhelming. It isn’t always easy to find venues that can meet ALL if not MOST of our standards. However, we happened to stumble upon Liberty View Farm in our search for the perfect, elegant yet rustic venue that was able to check off all of our ‘must-haves’. While searching and driving all over within an hour range from us, we had found this gem just about 2 miles from our home. From my very first phone call to Billiam, I knew we had found something special. But once we stepped foot on his property and had finally met in person, we instantly felt the magic. No joke, I kept glancing over at my fiancé and mouthing “this is it, let’s sign the contract”..meanwhile, we had only been there 5 minutes. Billiam has a way about him. He is open, honest, inviting, passionate, energetic, and caring. He absolutely LOVES his property and takes great pride in what he does, and it radiates from his every word. He takes great care in matching the couples to his farm, making sure that it is indeed a perfect fit for both parties involved. He is 100% invested in making this not just a party, but a weekend long celebration that will be forever remembered. The property is gorgeous and unique and what Billiam offers is unbeatable. From the handmade farm tables, to the rustic and vintage decor, to the flexibility, local accommodations, and our WEEKLY phone calls (yes, we speak at minimum, once per week to catch up and see where we are at) — we are completely satisfied! Facilities and Capacity

Couples can invite up to 400 guests to their wedding celebration at Liberty View Farm. Owner Billiam van Roestenberg and team are very detail oriented and help couples throughout the whole process. There are colorful gardens and lush green orchards. Old growth majestic trees provide the perfect amount of shade. Sited on top of a hill overlooking the valley of New Paltz the views are endless. The farmhouse and cabin make this venue feel as though it were plucked directly from a fairytale. Couples can have their ceremony at the base of a tall and sturdy tree with very large canopy. Included are Party Barn and a custom made tent with high sides sited right next to orchard and arbor. The barn features a single-level open floor plan with architectural wooden timber roof frame and three sides open with one side opening 3/4 of the way attached to a magnificent 100' arbor. Couples’s events will be illuminated by various lights that are all dimmable. Architectural details in every direction. There are several other barns on the property, as well as a beautiful glass greenhouse, green lawn spaces, stonewalls and many gardens, where couples can choose to host different gardens for different aspects of the wedding weekend- lunches, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception dinner or other wedding-related events over the course of four days. This includes bridal showers, engagement parties, elopements, and photo shoots.

Thursday check-in and relax, busy weekend ahead. Everything is ready and all the stuff is on site no need to fret over packing car the night before and waiting for deliveries. If you ordered a special cake-topper... it was sent to the farm already. Friday rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, Saturday wedding and Sunday brunch!

Liberty View Farm also includes the STUFF you need for the whole weekend.

INCLUDES THE STUFF- Custom made farm tables, wooden cross backed chairs, white padded chairs for ceremony, mix-matched antique china for wedding reception, white china for rehearsal dinner and blue grey china for brunch, silverware, drinking vessels, votives, candles, column candles, tiki torches, catering tables. welcome tables, table numbers, bud vases, flowers from farm, bar accessories and props, dozens of lanterns, dozen of various chalkboards, dimmable lighting, accent lighting, electric golf cart for guests or vendors, walk-in cooler (caterers and bartenders love this!), wifi, parking, lawn games, props, photo booth, 4 sets of lounge furniture, bathroom facility and much much more. Accommodation

3 bedroom farmhouse and a cabin are included. Lodging available for additional 80 guests with-in a 1 to 6 minute and a half walk from farmhouse to various neighbors Victorian homes and BNBs. Hotels and motels just 5 minutes away.

Couples can celebrate with their furry friends, this venue is pet friendly and offers overnight accommodations.

Everything is organized

All the little details were planned much in advance. By the time you arrive on the farm you are very relaxed and that transcends to all your family and friends and even the vendors making for a most wonderful wedding experience that people will be talking about for many years to come.
